    The new MacBook Pro is a big upgrade from my old 2016 13" one. It came promptly and setup was mostly a breeze. Old issues from iCloud keychain being tied up with an old laptop for authentication was a pain, but I was finally able to disentangle that. No issues from the new hardware there, just known issues relating to Apple systems. It feels snappy with all the apps I use so far, and I think I've worked out most of the new quirks from more recent macOS version. Looks and feels great. Thanks!

    I’m grateful for this opportunity to get a chance to have a laptop. I went to Apple to take a free class on the MacBook. It helped me understand more about a laptop after more than a decade of primarily using application based tech; iPhone, iPad, wearables, and Chromebook. I picked the pre M chip because I could afford it and still have a great operating system. I also need it for job training purposes should I enroll in school again. Again thank you so much.

    It went really well setting up and getting up and running. My old MacBook Air was lagging for speed, the keys were double clicking and it just wasn't cutting it. This new refurbished MacBook is awesome. No sticky keys, it's fast and more up to date. I paid the right price for this laptop after comparing others and chose this one that I have. The graphics are amazing too. I can do more things with this M3 MacBook that I couldn't do with the old one. I am very happy with this purchase.

    Fantastic device! I received a laptop with the exact specs I ordered (16 GB RAM, 512 GB storage, M1 chip). I chose Good condition and it only has one small dent and one tiny scratch, both on the bottom. The screen is flawless. Absolutely no visible marks while using it. According to the repair history, the Touch ID and Logic Board were both replaced with Genuine parts in 2023 (it's Jan 2026 at the time of writing this). Battery max capacity is at 88%, not bad. Overall I'm very happy with this laptop. It was shipped the day after ordering and arrived two days after that.

    I bought this to use for travel and for reading (Kindle app). Also, to connect to my MacBook and display the iPad screen on Zoom. It's perfect for all of that. A note to users: I am currently unable to get Zoom to see my iPad (with a wire or using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth). This appears to be a software issue on the Mac: the Mac sees the iPad, and it worked once, but never again. NOT the fault of the Backmarket refurbisher. I even took the equipment to the Apple store to no avail. Zoom is looking into it now.
