    I will be sending it back as soon as I get my next order sent to me. The phone has occasional glitches with the messages screen where it jumps or shudders and the phone screen itself is not the original. It must be a Chinese knockoff. The screen is wavy every way you look at it and trying to apply a screen protector on it was impossible. It looked like tiger stripes under it where the protector would not sit flat on the screen. I applied protectors to 2 others at the same time as this one and no problems. The shipping and service were top notch. I was happy with the other phone, no problems. 5 stars on my iPhone 13.

    I’ve been purchasing a tech from BackMarket for years now and have never had an issue until I purchased this iPhone 15 Pro. It was supposed to be in excellent condition, but there is something very wrong with the display. The phone immediately started giving me error messages saying that the display was unknown and not a certified Apple display. Then I noticed the screen shifting from a normal appearance to a red and blue appearance. The screen also never shuts off. It constantly drains the battery because there is no way to turn the screen off. I don’t understand how this could have passed BackMarket’s 100-point inspection. I contacted customer service immediately after receiving the phone and explained the situation, but it is now the following day and I have not heard back. After recommending BackMarket to my friends and family for years, I am now afraid to let them see my new phone because of how bad it is. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend BackMarket anymore.

    The phone works as expected, but the screen was not "flawless" as described in the purchase of a "good" phone. The top of the screen at the front camera there are several scratches. The power button is also very compressed and difficult to tell if you are actually pressing the button in or not. The phone also arrived more dirty than I expected, there was a buildup of dirt around each button.
