    Seller never sent the product. BackMarket was decently responsive and eventually got me a refund, but I had to be pretty proactive throughout the process in order to get it taken care of. Still would have rather gotten a similar product instead of having to wait for the refund and shop all over again.

    Bought a Christmas gift December 6th, never received - no one has any idea where it is. I contacted customer support and was referred to a message platform with seemingly no phone number to call for immediate help. I am on day 3 of messaging with someone to seek resolve and have now gone 24 hours without responses of any kind. You have my money!!! Christmas is ruined. Do not recommend.

    Order placed on 6 December. Back Market website shows order delivered on 12 Dec by UPS. However, UPS has no record of picking up the package and it was never delivered to my house. Not sure if the issue lies with Back Market shipping or UPS. Either way, I don't have the product which was a Christmas present for my nephew. I am cancelling this order. As far as your 'review' below... I couldn't possibly rate the actual product because I never received it. However your system forced me to answer ALL the questions to complete this entire report. Another black eye for Back Market.
