    Purchased the excellent condition and the phone did come in as “excellent”. No scratches, 100% battery and no issues so far. The order came in relatively quickly and customer service was helpful with resolving ordering issues after the third party, CeritifiedDirect cancelled the original order. The second third party seller, Buyback Boss, provided a very good phone for a decent price

    Excellent service. The phone appears nearly perfect- one barely visible scratch on the screen and I believe it was only a “fair” rating. There was one odd thing, maybe not even caused by the hardware. Initially, the voicemail icon wasn’t on the phone. I had to press 1 to get messages, and there were two very old messages on the phone,mysteriously. But shortly after the VM icon appeared without me having to do anything! Overall, everything went very smoothly!

    I love this phone. It's a nice upgrade from my GS9. The cover is in great shape... only thing is the 'slick' cover make it tough hold onto. It slides off even the slightest angle. Purchased a cover and screen/lens protector and all is good in Mudville. :)

    phone arrived in great condition, even though it was marked as Fair it looked damn near flawless. there was one minor scratch on the outer display, but again it being labeled fair condition I was expecting a lot worse. phone opened right up, no marks on the inner display, powered on and function right out of the box. was factory unlocked as promised, and was able to put my SIM card in and find service instantly. this was my first purchase from back market, and I would definitely purchase another unit in the future.

    I recently ordered an iPhone 12 Pro 256GB in 'Good' condition. The phone arrived promptly in two days and I set about transferring all data from my old iPhone8, with great enthusiasm. Five tedious hours later it was done. The old phone was wiped and I planned to send it off to BM. Then I checked the battery capacity of the new phone which came in at an underwhelming 70%. Back Market guarantees a battery capacity of 85% or more. I contacted Back Market and their excellent customer service was On It. The only problem was that in order to manage the situation they needed me to wipe my new phone clean, send it back for assessment, wait for it, and then either send it back to me repaired or refund me. I asked if I could just take it to an Apple Dealer for a new battery that they would cover, and unfortunately they could not. I do not have time, energy, or patience to reload my old phone, send the iPhone back, wait for their fix, have them send it back, and take the hours to reload and wipe my old phone, and then package IT up to send to them. So I made the decision to just keep it (the rest of the phone is just as promoted, Good). Making this choice cancels my 1 yr. warranty with Back Market (totally a drag), but saves me a LOT of hassle in the long run. I wish there were a way to a) assure the battery capacity is what it is supposed to be and b) cover work done by certified Apple folks so that the 'send back to us' option was not the only option for an easy fix. Through it all the Back Market customer service was stellar. It's more the policy that is a drag.
