    Have ordered multiple times from Back Market from a variety of sellers. Buyback Boss is the first I’m completely disappointed with. The Mac Mini was advertised in “excellent” condition — far from the truth. I would barely call this device in “fair” condition. Embarrassingly damaged exterior. It didn’t even come with a POWER CABLE. I had to double check to ensure the device had the specs I was sold. Never purchasing from Buyback Boss again.

    The phone arrived really early! But the phone itself was at a good condition honestly. A couple of noticeable scratches at the top of the phone but overall nothing too bad. When the phone arrived it was at like 20% which was unfortunate but the battery capacity itself holds for hours which I really did need. I bought my last iPhone from backmarket so I didn’t expect peek perfection but this is pretty good for a refurbished device and it holds very nicely!

    Hello to anyone considering purchasing this, Look… this phone is amazing, honestly I was cared at first to buy it and I was very anxious about it due to hearing it was refurbished. However, the phone came in amazing condition there weren’t any noticeable marks on the screen, nor were there many scratches on the outside of the case. The only damage that I had seen were really tiny scratches on the sides, but those aren’t really noticeable. Would definitely recommend everyone to buy this product on Back Market. I have new iMac to do banking, yet the tablet it my go-to. When looking into refurbished equipment reviews the overwhelming consensus was for BackMarket for the value as well as speed of delivery. I found a slightly newer model than my old tablet because it would fit in my budget. I live in Ohio and my replacement came from Arizona in a week.I have had zero problems since owning it.     The item arrived quickly and I can say I'm overall pleased with the purchase. It's very fast and huge. I use it on a daily basis and can honestly say it helps me be way more organized. With that said, I have one complaint. When I'm using the iPad, sometimes it clicks part of the screen that I haven't touched. I put a screen protector and a case on it so I know it hasn't been damaged. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does, it's very frustrating. Considering returning it although I'm not sure how the warranty even works with Back Market.
