    the condition that it was in was "very good" instead of excellent (its probably a mix of good and excellent) which definitely lives up to the name the only minor issue is that the inner display as a couple minor scratches in the middle but there's a screen protector so it's not really any damage. it's not really noticeable. would buy again

    I don’t know if I would have considered this to be excellent quality as there are a couple of those bright spots on the screen more than likely from some kind of previous damage/excessive pressure being put on the screen. However, those seem to be cosmetic as I’ve had no issues with the functionality of the device and I’m otherwise happy with my purchase. It was just disappointing to see that first thing after turning it on.

    The website states that all batteries are at least 85%. This was less than that. The phone looked like new but I returned it due to the battery issue and I ordered another one. That one had even less battery capacity. Customer service was excellent and the return process was painless. So I ordered a 3rd BackMarket phone, but shipped by a different refurbisher, and that had even less capacity! So I gave up and ordered a phone elsewhere. The phones all looked great (medium quality level) but if a company advertises 85% capacity, that is what I would expect to receive.

    Pro - I love the website! Easy to navigate and it gives a great selection of used goods. Con - Maybe you guys should make sure that whatever third party stores you deal with, have them use your branded packaging. My phone wasn’t secured in the way it should’ve been. There are other places that used iPhones and things in boxes that are dupes but they’re secured. Other than that! Thanks guys!!

    The phone itself is really great. Like brand new. I was disappointed with the charging cord. It was a cheap imitation of an Apple cord. They work sometimes for a while and then, not at all. Been there, done that. Glad you folks are there though. Keep up the good work
