    The phone is beautiful. The stainless steel case is a plus as far as durability. Looks and works like new. I had an issue transferring data from the last phone and I couldn't find any troubleshooting for that issue on the website. I ended up going to the carriers storefront and they solved my problem. Saying that, work to get better feedback from folks with real life minor issues. Also more info about the features on the phone. My camera took not so good pictures but once I dug into the issues, I found out I had a super great camera. That's why I brought the PRO. Things are different from XS phone. I'm getting used to the differences. I know I am a generation behind with a 13 but jumping up with models can be a learning experience.

    The computer itself is fabulous. It is in excellent condition and works well. The only complaint was the shipping. Very disappointed in the shipping. The laptop was not protected in bubble wrap, it was just placed in a Federal Express box that was squished. I had to purchase an Internet adapter from Amazon as this computer would not allow me to do anything until it was connected directly to my Internet.

    UPS Delivery was HORRIBLE. My computer made it to Nashville on Tuesday. But it took 3 calls to UPS customer service to get it delivered by Thursday. It was in jeopardy of being sent back to BackMarket! This is the only thing that made this experience bad!
