    I love this iPhone SE 3rd Gen and I would have given Backmarket a top score but I'm giving a "meh" score because the shipping via USPS was atrocious. The package originated in Long Island, NY and only needed to go to my house in New Jersey which should have taken 2-3 days at most. Instead it took 7 days because after it made it to Trenton, NJ the package made an inexplicable visit to St. Louis MO and stayed there for a few extra days. I understand this is mostly on USPS, but maybe Backmarket should consider using UPS because I have noticed lately that USPS is having major delay issues like mine.

    The product itself is good, but as soon as I started using it I noticed that the battery health was draining very quickly. This was surprising, since this iPad battery is supposed to last quite a while. Checked the analytics and the battery had already been run for 235 cycles. Disappointing, previously bought from Backmarket and never had issues with poor battery life.

    Look. I was very excited to receive my iPad, decent deal and it looked nice and started up just fine. However, it was stuck in headphone mode and would not play anything through its own speakers. I found out by trying to play a YouTube video. All settings were proper...so I sent it back, they were unable to fix, and refunded me. I've found another at the same price...why didn't they just send a replacement that works? Why weren't all functions checked properly in the first place on the broken one? What if I had not found this out for a few days, and missed the refund window? What a pain...now I'm wary. I did get a refund for both the protection plan and the iPad, but I'd rather just have a working iPad in hand, you know? Especially since I ordered other accessories from another company, soon to arrive. Stinks...
