    ipad is very great i love it just the only thing is its takes forever to charge doesnt matter what charger i use or outlet. Like today i had it on the charger for three hrs and it only charger to 20%

    My iPhone 14 Pro with 1024G is a wonderful purchase I am so glad I bought instead of choosing the much more expensive 15 Pro. With basically the same camera, there was IMO no real practical advantage in spending a lot more. The new phone was easy to purchase and shipped quickly.     Honestly - I've never had a negative experience with Back Market. Never had a product that had to be sent back for defects, never had a difficult time with the ordering or delivery process. Y'all have a honed, effective system and I like doing business with you. And that's coming from someone who only engages with technology out of sheer necessity and under great duress...If I had my way we'd all still be getting our mail in our actual mail box out by the road - and probably via the pony express. ;) Thanks Back Market.

    Firstly, I want to say the device is in perfect working condition and came with 92% battery which is pretty great. It works well for what I intend to use it for which is school. The issues lie in the fact that when I received the unit it was literally filthy. The keyboard was disgustingly greasy and I had to clean it many times to make the keys usable, but at this point, while they are better I gave up and put a keyboard cover over them because they still leave a greasy residue on my fingers when typing and it honestly just gives me the ick. The keyboard is also full of crumbs and dust which I have yet to clean at this point. The get this computer fully clean, I do believe I am going to have to take it to a professional cleaner at some point. It's just frustrating because the sellers on Back Market are supposed to have done this step before a unit gets sent. In terms of the excellent condition, I'd say the unit I received is good rather than excellent. There are many scratches on the body that are visible, and the keyboard itself has wear spots that are visible (the keys are supposed to be matte but patches of them are shiny). The screen is flawless though which is good. Anyways, it was overall a pretty poor experience and I would have returned the unit had I not been in a time crunch due to the dirtiness and lower condition than I paid for. Back Market was great and worked with me, but I wanted to give a warning to other consumers thinking about buying from this seller, and feedback to the seller so hopefully this may not happen to another customer.
