    So far, so good . This is my first apple device. I'm a SAMSUNG lady but I needed to be able to facetime with my Daughter and my Grandchildren so this was suggested to me by 2nd Daughter's boyfriend. It's working fine for now but the battery life doesn't last long while facetiming

    The Ipad looks good overall and it's fully functional but Im surprised that I ordered the Excellent model and it had a chipped off corner. Fortunately it can be covered up with a case but it's not a small chip you can easily see it. I don't know if this is the norm but it was a bit disappointing. I have ordered from Backmarket before and my Macbook Air came spotless and looked brand new. Not so much with the Ipad. I guess beggars can't be choosers.

    LOL I WAS EXPECTING SOME CRAP! But this iPad is an amazinggggggggggg gift for my kids. Looks like a brand new device came in just a couple of days. If I could order all my products from here I would. As Keith Lee says 10/10 . Back market has gotten my vote 🫶🏽 P.s the only thing people may have a issue with is the charger. The charger they sent looks a bit ANDROIDish but I have my own already so I didn’t really care.

    The Macbook Air I ordered works perfect but I will say that the condition was slightly off. I ordered one in "excellent" condition which claims to have no flaws but there were still a few signs of wear and scratching on the edges. It's not that noticeable so I just kept it.
