    The device itself is excellent, with no issues in functionality or performance. The MacBook Pro M1 Max is a truly outstanding laptop, living up to its reputation as a powerful and versatile machine. However, my experience with this specific reseller was disappointing due to several factors: 1. Incorrect Color Sent: I ordered the silver model, but received space gray instead. While I preferred the space gray color (and it was listed as out of stock), this inconsistency highlights a lack of professionalism. Buyers may not always be as fortunate if they receive a color they don’t prefer. 2. Packaging: The laptop arrived wrapped in paper without an original or replacement box. For a device priced at nearly $2,000, this shows a lack of effort to ensure a premium unboxing experience. 3. Battery Life: The battery health was at 80% on arrival. While the device is still under AppleCare, allowing for a free battery replacement once it reaches 79%, it’s disappointing to receive a high-cost refurbished device with such low battery health. Overall, the MacBook Pro M1 Max is an exceptional laptop, and I highly recommend it for its performance and capabilities. However, this reseller’s lack of attention to detail and disregard for the customer experience makes it difficult to recommend purchasing from them. Consider other resellers on Back Market for a more reliable and satisfactory experience.
