    I was genuinely surprised to see the color is navy blue instead of black?? It's honestly pretty cool. Upon arrival, the screen unfortunately did have a few scratches, I bought the phone in excellent condition so that's why I put 4 stars. Fortunately, this doesn't affect the overall performance and the transition from my iPhone SE (2022) was smooth :)

    The device has not been checked throughly. It was locked and setup for remote management by a company in London – feels like grey market. Therefore I couldn't set-up the device myself. I sent it in, but they didn't have another unit and gave me the refund. Total process took 2 weeks and I ended up buying a refurbished model from BestBuy for 20$ more but same day delivery, unlocked and everything was done in a day. Usually I had a really great experience with Back Market in the past, but this was very disappointing.

    The phone arrived hours past the stated delivery window, which was rather frustrating- but thats on FedEx, I ordered "excellent" condition and my new phone looks very good- some minor scuffing on front edge, not obvious and screen isn't affected . The phone heats up a little sometimes , and battery condition is only 85 % that's within the stated range but it's lower than I'd hoped for on an excelllent condition phone. The functionality test on the BM site is helpful and my new phone scored well. It does go through battery a lot faster than expected, even after making the recommended settings adjustments. BackMarket definitely has the best iphone resale prices I've seen from any commercial source and I still will start here for any future purchases. Shout out to Victor for his prompt and thoughtful followup messages. That's how customer care is supposed to roll. Thanks, dude!🌟 .
