    Ordered the “good” condition iPad and honestly I can’t figure out why it wasn’t rated as “excellent”; I can’t see a scream h on the thing at all. Works flawlessly (replaced a 2017 model with this 2018). Will be coming back here next time to get tablets for my kids instead of buying new!

    Item physically in expected condition. No issues there; however, I get through the process of all the setup and account transfers only to find that the phone is not actually unlocked as listed in my order. I have a new to me phone that is not at all compatible with my carrier. So, now I have to wait multiple days for a replacement or return the phone but still get charged for the taxes ($60). Either way this is a very disappointing first experience that I do not recommend and do not want to repeat.
