    I got a Lenovo Idea Pad 5 and it DOES NOT WORK, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. ISSUE: Setting up account the computer shuts off randomly and restarts or freezes and I have to restart it. It has been an hour and I had to restart the setup process 10 times. I WISH I can attach a video so everyone can see this garbage. It is simply the Windows setup process that this thing can’t even get through without reseting or freezing. Out of the box looked great, no flaws or damage, however the performance of this computer is unusable for a “excellent” rating. I hope this seller gets banned. I will be returning this piece of shit.

    The laptop arrived 4 days earlier than expected and all the specs are right. There was a small amount of a sticky substance on the bottom of the laptop above the barcode which I easily wiped off with a damp tissue. The computer works perfectly and looks and works like new. I read that the original packaging included a USB-C to 3.5mm audio jack adapter but I did not receive one. I will definitely buy things off Back Market again.
