    The device looks like new No scratches, no dents Battery was at 79%, Delivery was right on schedule Delivery information updated regularly Small things wrong The past owner's phone number was still in phone The charging cord was a Usb-C to Usb-C, which will not work on phone I have plenty of lightning cables so not a problem Would definitely buy from them again

    Phone is as described and on excellent condition. Order process and communication/ updates also excellent. The only difficulty was shipping address. I wasn't able to put my PO Box on the address label and that is the ONLY way I can receive USPS as there is NO street delivery in my ZIP code

    This iphone is not working properly the screen is malfunctioning. I have no control of the screen. Also something is wrong with the battery. It flashes on the screen that the battery is not for this phone. I need to return this iPhone ASAP

    Inaccurate & misleading description of device and was not accurately checked before reselling. The item was in “excellent condition” and was pretty dirty and was locked to a carrier. Phone was pretty much useless and the technical support would only say the phone was “unlocked” and never looked more into it. I would not buy from this site again, it’s worth it to spend a little extra bucks and buy from a reputable reseller.

    Purchased this phone in “excellent” condition. This was the worst experience I have had on Backmarket. To the point I think it had to have been a mistake that this seller even sent me this phone. The charging port was packed full of who knows what. The charger included in the box was the wrong charger. I used a proper charger, it couldn’t be completely inserted into the port even after I cleaned it out with compressed air. Phone wouldn’t charge at all. The screen would do this “jumping around” thing while trying to use it. Don’t trust this seller. I did get a refund, but convinced this seller is fraudulent.
