    my phone was great right out of the box. the unit had all original components and >90% battery capacity. the screen wasn't flawless, but it was easily 9-9.5/10 and under a protector, placed in a case it is as perfect as i could ever want. it was delivered fast and the price was better than an inferior refurb i received (and sent back) from amazon. very impressed with the seller and the back market platform. will consider using it again and recommending.

    I ordered a blue phone, and while the screen is blue, the case is white. Rechecking the pictures online, it matched them so I think the description was wrong and should be changed. (Black phones appear black, pink appear pink, green appear green, etc.) The iPhone however was free scratches front and back. It took a full charge, but the phone did seem to use battery life rather fast. It was used quite a bit trying to set it up and get it connected to my carrier and not all the contact information was transferred.

    AMAZING!! I was hesitant to order from here because truly I thought the price was too good to be true. I got the series 8 Apple Watch in Fair condition and I could barely see the little marks on the watch. The battery is great, it came with the charger and band, and I have had 0 problems!! 10000/10 would recommend!

    Device in pristine condition! Screen and battery life seem good after a few weeks of use, and no visible dents or dings on the rest of the device! Setup was simple for transferring my T Mobile plan and photos/contacts. Def recommend using Back Market for a pre-used phone, this process is so much smoother and cheaper than going to a phone store. However, the screen protector (provided by Back Market) on the Galaxy Z Flip4 peels up when I bend the phone closed, and some dust/hair has already gotten in. Will likely need to replace the screen protector soon, or just remove it entirely. Something to keep in mind for this specific phone type.
