I ordered the item on a Tuesday morning and it was delivered by Wednesday afternoon. Phone looked brand new- no marks (I purchased Excellent condition). Super easy set up process and so far so good. Everything about the pone seems new and you would never tell it was refurbished. Love the peace of mind of the 1 year warranty. I will 100% recommend back market to my family when we are in need of another phone.

My first purchase from Back Market and won't be the last! As soon as it arrived (about 3 days), I opened to find my phone neatly placed inside and great packing material. I was overall impressed with the quality of the device and has not given me any issues whatsoever. I will be looking forward to my next purchase! I love that this exists and such a great way to keep e-waste down! I will be continuing to go here for all refurbished devices.

My phone was delivered fast like a NASCAR! It was the exact phone I picked off the website. It came with a screensaver, plug in charger, & the wire to charge the phone. I'm very satisfied with it so far. I know that if & when I'm ready for an upgrade I know where to go.....BackMarket.

I reordered this phone again after my original one broke on the hinge, but I am still thoroughly satisfied with the sleek, slender design and throwback fold of a flip phone, as well as how much more internal storage there is conpared to a standard Samsung or Android

Amazing physical condition. At the start the phone was asking me everyday to install an update so I was worried something was wrong but so far I haven't had that issue anymore! This phone has a similar glitch to my z flip 3 that I just traded in, where I will hear that I'm receiving a call but I can't SEE it or accept it! I guess that might be a Samsung issue not a backmarket issue. It's been a few months though and I am satisfied.

Maybe I'll be lucky enough to have to come back and leave an update with a more positive review it has of right now - I purchased a refurbished Samsung z flip 4 that was said to be unlocked. As someone who is tech savvy, I trusted that the device was as it was sold - so I troubleshot every other problem it could have been, spending over a week, 7 of those 10 days without a working cell phone period, only to find out that no the phone was still locked to AT&t network. Now I'm being told by back market, that the best they can do is have me send it back for a full refund and a 5% discount on my next purchase. I make sure to let that service agent know that if 5% discount is not enough for me to come back and take the risk on another purchase. Make it worth my while and maybe I'll give backmarket another shot but now I also have a phone service plan that I can't use... And just FYI my purchase was through back market but came via RuffBox... Very very frustrated right now.
