An excellent experience. I received the phone 1-2 days early which was a nice surprise. The phone is in great shape and is exactly as described. I even got a second phone for my partner! Would recommend.

I ordered the excellent condition model. It arrived quickly and I honestly couldn't tell it wasn't new (other than it not coming in the original manufacturer packaging). I came from a Note 20 Ultra and am very happy with my purchase.

I previously(about 13mos.ago) bought a zfold 4 & after an accidental fall onto gravel where inner large screen acquired a nick in what I THOUGHT was the screen protector so drove an hour to the only shop with the ability to replace it only to find out it had NO FACTORY SCREEN PROTECTOR ON IT ANYMORE??? & Would've cost $600. To repair! Luckily I had insurance on phone as about a week later the inner screen got a black area down middle & no longer worked. So, I was, with reimbursement by insurance able to order again from you the zfold5 which I'm very happy with but this time I took it immediately in to see if it needed an inner screen protector sure enough someone had removed it so I had them put one on it for about $20.ish. I have had good experiences with my phone purchases previously & very happy with prices BUT, I think you should tell a buyer that there's NO INNER screen protection on the zfold's since they're supposed to have a factory one on them it didn't occur to me to have it checked for that!!!

It did say excellent condition they're scratches on the screen , not the folding screen, but the main screen its really minor but if your going to say "Excellent condition" I am expecting no floss, other than that the phone is running good and a lot off my friends are giving me compliments on it I only open it to check on my e-mail and watching movies , I have a Samsung Note 20 5g I am keeping just in case this one fails, its basically my plan B

Even though it did not arrive on the date it was supposed to it came the next day. Which had nothing to do with the Back Market. They shipped it out as stated and it was well worth the fold. I am still learning and playing with it Since I use to have the LG Wing. I am very pleased with Back Market and will use them again and again. I am telling people to look for their items on Back Markt.
