    My phone arrived on time and as expected. I installed my sim card from a previous phone along with a SD card. I spent several hours updating software and configuring the since it had a lot more features than the S7 it replaced. While practicing with the new features of the camera I noticed that the flash was not working. Being a new phone I suspected that I was just doing something wrong. I then tried to activate the flashlight option from the drop down menu. Still nothing. This does not bode well for a company who states that they meticulously check their used phones before sale.
