    This phone came without the glass cover piece for the camera. An incomplete phone was sent to me. I don't know how it was missed but this isn't a piece that could have fallen off. It is sealed onto the phone over the 3 lenses. I have had 2 of these phones and don't understand how this was sent this way. Accidents happen I know, but I'm returning it for a full refund.

    The phone is beautiful but it does not work. It won't call iphones, it won't call the at&t service number, it won't connect to my Bluetooth speaker, and the Bluetooth is spotty when it's connected to my car. I'd like to either return it, or exchange it for a Google pixel like my old phone if there's one available. Please get back to me ASAP as I'm going on a trip soon and I need a working phone to do that!
