    I have bought from. Them before with no problem. But this time I received my phone with out the sim card tray. So I've had yo wait for that to be sent. Which has been 3 days now and still waiting. How does one not send a sim card tray ? That's the most important part of the phone.

    Definitely a great pickup. Was hesitant because I know refurbished products are never as good as new but this phone seems to put that claim to rest. I did order the fun in very good condition, however. It has only been 2 weeks, but the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has been good to me.
