    The phone was as I expected for an excellent phone. It came very well charged too. I didn't have any issues starting it up and getting my service switched from the old iPhone 8 to this one. The 16e's display is plenty big and clear. I also prefer the BackMarket experience to Walmart. It's much clearer and easier to see and select the exact condition and model on BackMarket.

    This is my fourth refurbished purchase through Back Market. I purchased two iPhone 8's, then an iPad Air III and most recently an iPhone XR. I have been happy with all the purchases and service. Lately however, I have been getting Ads from competing companies with considerably lower prices, like $100 less for a comparable iPhone XR. For my next purchase, I may do a bit of comparison shopping. Still I've been very happy with Back Market and should maybe just pay a bit more and stick with them. Later, my iPhone XR continues to work well but I've seen offers from others for $100 while I paid $300
