    im surprised to say that this phone is in like-new condition! you get the phone and a charger. they also include a key for the sim slot. but besides that, the battery capacity is pretty good. perfect almost. if you plan on getting a new refurb phone at a nice price, backmarket is the way to go!

    The iPhone 15 Pro arrived in a slightly damaged box but in excellent condition, regardless. It looks absolutely brand new. Even though the phone is more than 2 years old, the battery health is at 92%. I paid a bit extra for that battery health, but I felt it was worthwhile. I've bought other refurbished iPhones over the past 4 years, and they came in at about 80 percent - sufficient for my intended use in weekly 1-hour live-streamed worship services. This one is for me, however, and I want to know that the phone can last all day and well into the night. It does that well.

    When I bought the fair condition I was expecting it to be cracked and the battery would be no so great. When I received my phone, the battery was great, the phone looked brand new and I didn’t see any cracks. I felt like u had just gotten a brand new phone for cheap! I would recommend the fair condition because it is just as great as the rest of them I’m assuming. Thank you Back Market!

    After doing research on best place to by refurbished iPhones, I decided to go with BackMarket and it did not disappoint. The phone was in new condition - looks and functions perfectly! Service and communication was outstanding throughout the process. I also used the trade-in feature, which was far more generous than Apple or other trade-in services I looked at. Price was probably higher than one would get in a personal sale, but much better than either Apple Refurbished or a carrier's options while providing the same guarantee/peace of mind. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be using BackMarket in the future.

My only note was the USB - C charging port had all manner of funk in it…however, I was able to get that cleaned up with a tooth pick & can of air. Very glad that this was such a good experience!     If you’re looking for a sign to buy from backmarket and comparing between refurbishing sites—take this sign!! I always go for the nicest condition, just to avoid any nuance in the lower tiers. There is genuinely not a single blemish on this phone. I am so happy to have basically infinite storage, the battery came at 92% health, and it’s in perfect condition.
