    I've been using this phone now for a little over a week, and so far everything is wonderful. The phone is beautiful with no visible marks or scratches, and it runs great and feels like I got a new phone, not a refurbished one. I've been tracking battery health with the Accubattery app and it's showing it at 94%, which is better than I expected for a two-year-old phone. All in all, I'm extremely pleased and would buy again from Back Market.

    Although I had a lot of issues with my first order due to shipping problems, I was able to get fully refunded. Since then I have ordered a second time and everything went well. Overall, the phone looks basically brand new aside from a minor ding in the bottom left corner (which is covered by the case anyways). Setup was also very easy and smooth. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this shop.

    If this was in the original box, you could have easily passed it off as Brand New. It truly arrived in flawless condition. The only minor suggestion I can offer is that it would have helped me to have the IMEI number prior to setup so I could confirm with my carrier that the device is truly unlocked. This is only because I had previously purchased an "Unlocked" phone from Walmart Marketplace and received a carrier locked phone instead. This experience has made me a fan of Back Market and I won't hesitate to purchase again or recommend to my friends.
