Excellent product. Was refurbished, but it's basically indistinguishable from new. Works as described.

This is the first time I bought a refurbished phone. The phone looked brand new out of the box and it works perfectly. I will definitely buy from Black Market in the near future.

Everything about the transaction was great with 1 big exception. The phone was shipped loose in a small box with no packing, stuffed inside a cardstock envelope with no packing. It was smashed on one end. Luckily the phone was not damaged. the phone works well and I am a satisfied customer.

Honestly..overall I'm content. The phone was a bit dinged up on all four corners which I wasn't too pleased with. But I threw a case on and a screen protector and I'm good to go. I didn't want to drop a grand on a new phone and this helped ease my pocket a bit and it came fast with a cord to charge it, but I already had a cord so it was just a nice bonus.

First of all, the backmarket app is neat. Second, the whole purchasing process is smooth, you may find the related support info about the product, like the definition of the product status, how they handle the products before they sell them, etc. Third, the shipping speed is reasonable. Fourth, the product I bought is as good as the description! I'm satisfied with it.

was great! just like new without the financial commitment. i love the s24+ model in general but the quality you get with backmarket is arguably more reliable than buying new from a carrier with all the manufacturing faults. lovely purchase, ill be back in 5 years for my next phone lol!
