    Had experienced a new retail version of this Samsung S24+ 512GB cellphone earlier. Decided that this unit was exactly what we needed. Did not wait for the Black Friday deals. Discovered Back Market and selected the 40% off deal. I suspected that Black Friday deals would be more like 50% off (which actually happened). However, the 10% difference was not a major deterrent. Very pleased with my purchase from Back Market. Cellphones were exactly as advertised. We transferred the Sim card. New unit works perfectly. A month has passed and there are no issues. Guarantee is for one year. I'll update later should concerns arise.

    Shipping time and price was all got and grate but instead of getting an *Excellent Condition" item, I received a "Fair Condition " item. Obviously I contacted BM, they replied with in minutes on a Saturday afternoon. The agent that I spoke with was very helpful and polite, so getting help with this issue was really easy. But the reason of my rating is not because of BM assistance with this issue, is because of they sent the wrong item.

    So I'm going to keep it as this until it hopefully gets resolved I ordered an s24+ in good condition yet received something that looks like the top of the screen was hit with sandpaper. For the record Good states that the body will have some dents or dings which is to be expected and that the screen would be in perfect condition. This was not the case at all I mean when the screen is off you see the scratches bad and when it's on you can still see them! I can't even put dark mode on the phone because I see the scratches. I'm leaving this review just for well reference that this did happen and if it gets fixed and I receive a phone that is good quality or I receive a refund of at least 200 because I could take that refund and go pay and have the screen replaced by an authorized Samsung fixer. I will definitely update this review when either of these two are handled.

    Wow! Phone is in perfect conditions! For the price I say is worth it. I did a diagnostic check and everything performed well! No cracks whatsoever. I did pay for excellent conditions but this exceeded my expectations. It was also easy to set up a 4 payment plan! which I liked. Is my first time in years getting a second hand phone and so far I have no regrets putting my trust here. I plan on making future purchases here! Also it was easy to activate and transfer all my data from my previous Samsung S10!

    Everything about the experience was amazing, the product came in good condition but did have more scuffs and damage than described. There was a sticky residue in the speaker hole and a dented corner. Other than that my experience with Back Market has always been good.
