    Gave it as a Christmas gift so it’s into just over a couple weeks of use. Thus far all is well. The iPad came in a brown box with great bubble wrap to protect it. No Apple box as expected. It looked brand new- no scratches, screen is immaculate. All functions work as expected. My daughter met was thrilled!! Apple charger included. As a side purchase, got the Apple Pencil so she can sketch. While not as great of a deal as could have been (price changed while in my cart), previously enjoyed iPad works well in this case. The new ones were unavailable and I didn’t need to pay full price or get a tip of the line device for her. Overall very happy as she is happy (and knows no different). Now it’s time to manage time boundaries.

    My beloved MacBook Pro has been having some display issues that I haven’t been able to get fixed because of the COVID-19 crisis and I need a device on which to do the rest of my coursework for the semester until I can get my MacBook repaired. I’d been thinking about getting an iPad Pro for a while and finally bit the bullet and got one. I ordered one in “fair” condition, it came quickly, and when it arrived, it looked brand new! I can’t speak for all of their items in “fair” condition, but at least for mine, I haven’t noticed a single scratch! The only slight imperfection is that there’s a small teeny tiny blemish in the display that’s only really noticeable when I’m looking at something with a solid white background. The screen itself is perfect and doesn’t have any visible scratches. Their customer service is also amazing! I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone looking for refurbished electronics!

    This laptop was very good. It handled light gaming and heavy cloud gaming on Geforce Now. The only problems I had was that there was some dust and debris on the keyboard. The hinge was a little damaged too but it was an easy fix. Will buy from BackMarket again for sure!
