    I ordered the phone in excellent condition and it def did come in excellent condition. There were more dents on the sides of the phone than expected but honestly it’s gonna be covered by a case anyways so no harm no foul. I’m super happy with it and set up was easy, albeit long. Battery health arrived at 91% which is okay but I was hoping for 100%. Again, not an issue. The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is bc I’ve noticed the phone glitching a lot when on Safari, and it overheats pretty easily. Other than that I was so happy with it & I’ll be buying another one again for my sister for our birthday

    it took some effort to get my contacts transfered, but I think that was an Apple thing, not the phone. Itseems to be working fine now, and the battery life seems good. That was a concern buying a used phone. Overall I am happy with it.

    I was introduced to BackMarket when I was discussing with a family member about wanting a newer iPhone and I feel that the inventory options were plentiful and the item that I ordered, is a 9 out of 10. The condition was not perfect. I really inscpected and there were few marks on the screen , but overall you could not tell this was not brand new.
