    I got the phone in good condition and it should have been under new! Battery had 100% no sign of wear on the phone. Definitely a little cheaper than getting it from Amazon refurbished and in better conditions. I have gotten many phines for other family members from Amazon but wanted to try this site and glad I did would definitely buy another phone from here.

    i’m really happy with backmarket. i had originally puchased an iphone 11, the battery health was poor, at 79% so i sent it back and ordered this one instead. even though it’s good quality, the battery health was 100%, and i could barely see the micro scratches on the back. if you’re debating whether buying from back market or like apple refurbished, BUY HERE!!

    It was a great experience. It was listed in fair condition so I was a bit concerned but it was within my budget. The phone that arrived was in excellent condition. One small scratch on the screen that you really have to look for. The body is in perfect condition, no dings or scratches. I’ve always bought refurbished phones because I refuse to pay ridiculous high prices. This is my first experience with Back Market and will be back.

    I bought this phone for my sister to replace her old iPhone. She was having trouble getting her data transferred over... but that was an Apple issue. We both would have liked to see more packaging protection for the phone, it came in a small box with a thin layer of bubble wrap around the phone. The mailing bag it came in had no protection. Other than packaging the phone has been working well for my sister's day to day tasks, she loves the cameras and overall thinks it's an amazing phone. After briefly looking over the phone I thought the phone should be under a better condition rating. In summary, amazing device, could use better packaging for shipping.

    Had alot more scratching on it than I thought it would. Also wouldn’t update android. I had to wipe the phone (wasn’t wiped on arrival) and use a samsung pc app to download and install updates. Apparently it’s common with at&t g22’s. My wife likes the camera and it’s working good.
