    When I turned on the phone, the AT&T carrier logo appeared. This indicates the device is running carrier-branded software (with preinstalled carrier apps). Although the phone works, the extra software slows it down and may make updating to a newer Android version more difficult or slower. It would be helpful to mention this detail in the description.

    The delivery and the packaging was totally fine, overall a great experience. Feels though like the battery life in this device is less than what I was expecting. The phone itself is in perfect condition however feels like the battery may have been used considerably. Taking it off the charger at 7am with 100% I can barely make it until 3pm without recharging it as it’s already down below 20% at that time. The performance though and the single camera have both worked way better than expected

    I absolutely love this phone. It's everything my iPhone 15 pro wasn't. Although I love it, it did come with a small nick on the corner of it. thankfully, I got the silver color because it doesn’t show up too bad. Well, for $1400 I would have liked There to be no defects on it. Other than that, it’s an amazing phone.

    I thought the color would be a bit more vibrant, but that’s more on Apple and me not having seen the yellow in person. It is more of an almond/oaktag/off white than a light yellow. There is a significant scratch on the bottom edge of the phone- visible from more than 8 inches away. So I don’t think it should have been called excellent. Also- the available battery is at 87% which seems lower than expected. Otherwise- pleased with ease of ordering and trade-in .

    First time buying from back market and I was scared buying from here was gonna be a bad idea. Delivery was a day late but that’s fine. For a “good condition”, this phone is literally perfect, I was actually expecting a few scratches here and there but it came in an almost new condition. Everything works perfectly and the battery lasts me the whole day, unless I play heavy games like PubG, will definitely recommend.

    When the condition was listed as "Good", I was expecting to see at least some scratches on the screen, but when I held the phone in my hand, it was hard to believe that this was a second hand iPhone and not a brand new one. the Back Market team ate with this one. The only thing to pay attention to is the battery life. Although the battery health on mine says it's at 88%, the cycle count was over 800, and the lithium ion batteries definitely show their age. But regardless, I still think this is a very good deal at half the price of when it was initially launched two years ago. Definitely recommend it.
