    I purchased an Xbox that was reportedly sold as excellent condition. The x box was in poor condition with the back part removed from the controller. I immediately notified the seller of the poor condition of the item and that I wanted a refund! I was notified the item was received and I would be getting a refund. I was then notified 5 days later that the controller was missing and they are now trying to dispute the refund! I have a copy of the pictures of the equipment and the documents. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! I did not receive what I ordered and when I sent everything back as it was sent to me, they are trying to say I did not send the broken controller back…

    After struggling to figure out what was wrong with my old Xbox 360 I decided to try a refurbished one now that I can find them again! (COVID). The deal was a good one, they sent several emails describing what would happen and how to contact them for help...very comforting! they gave a window for delivery and it arrived sooner than expected (always good). played it over the weekend and it's working fine. Very happy with this purchase so far.

    The product was as advertised, in good condition and works fine so far. A very good value. The packaging was possibly the worst I've ever seen, it was a miracle the product arrived in one piece. The box looked like it had been kicked to my door from the supplied, not shipped on a truck.

    I ordered on 5/21/2022. I received it promptly but it was missing pieces and a few features didnt work. I returned it to the seller and they have been kind. But im writing this on 6/3/2022 and still have not received my replacement. I am kind of worried that when I do get it, it will have the same problems.
