    I'm SO glad I found BackMarket before I bought a phone from a sketchy dude on Facebook Marketplace. I had a rinky dinky 32GB iPhone 7 for like 5 years, and I desperately needed an upgrade. It was running slow at full storage capacity, apps were crashing, I was tired of the camera quality, and I just needed something a little better. I didn't need the NEWEST phone, so an X was perfect. (thank you stimmy!) I paid a super fair price for a 64GB, and it arrived in less than a week. It was literally perfect, 99% battery health, not a single scratch or crack, camera and mic are pristine, can't even tell it was refurbished. It even came with a charging cord and a new box (brick, charging cube, whatever you call it) It did turn on and immediately was set in Spanish, but that wasn't hard at all to change back, so be prepared to tweak some minor settings if you do get something! The only weird thing I noticed was that I can't possibly turn the camera shutter sound off, which is likely because it may have come from a country where they manufacture phones to not have that setting, so it protects people's privacy in public (if a stranger would be creeping and taking photos of people, you would hear the camera go off no matter what.) This is only a minor setback, and I'll get used to it in no time. Definitely a quirk I can deal with for a great phone at such a great price. I recommended BackMarket to several people, including my mother, who is looking to get a fairly-priced iPad for my very artistic sister to use Procreate on. This place is a godsend and I'll definitely be ordering more from them in the future (when 15 new iPhones come out and I'm still behind the trend on the X and need to upgrade again in 5 years.) If you're wary about ordering refurbished online, DO IT. It's so much cheaper and easier, and as long as it's unlocked, transferring all your data is the easiest thing ever, and most places will do it for free (I have Cricket, they did it for free and it took 15 minutes.)

    My iPhone XS 256 unlocked silver in color is great. I was worried about the battery but it was 96% when I got it. It retains well and everything else works as they supposed to do. I am satisfied customer. Thank you BackMarket for your honesty. I will be sure to come back to buy again from you.

    I got the iPhone XR in blue 256GB very good condition. It arrived on time and in great packaging! I did have some glitching issues when I first started using it but that seemed to have disappeared! It’s so beautiful and runs so well! The scratches on the side are negligible and only felt rather than seen! I didn’t even notice them at first! O need to check if the battery is good quality (I just received the phone today) but so far so great! Thank you guys for the phone! :)

    It's great. Working great. The only thing is that it came from Spain, I believe? So it was in Spanish and some notifications still pop up in Spanish, lol Phone is in great working condition though, you would never know it was refurbished!

    This is the second product I purchased from Greggy and Back Market, the first being a MacBook Air circa 2015 model. I had never owned an Apple product before and bought the 2015 model because it has USB and an SD ports, both of which I needed. Both The Mac and the iPhone arrived in pristine condition and work flawlessly both running the latest Apple OS. While neither is the very latest model, they both run rings around my existing five Windows devices running the Windows 10. When I need more Apple products I will certainly purchase them for Back Market.

    I was iffy at first and read a ton of reviews. My phone came in the manner as it was described. Delivery was awesome, I followed the tracking info and the seller even reassured me of my concerns. My overall experience was a 10/10.. Only thing I dont like is I have to manually update my software to ios 14 its still on 12.5 but it is a 6 plus so eh
