The computer was mailed to me with a keyboard and mouse that not only are not matching or even Apple-branded, but do not even work to set up the computer. Therefore I cannot even find out if the device works as I had hoped it would. I have already exchanged several messages with BackMarket about this, and am growing frustrated with their refusal to help me with the situation—they want me to return the entire computer, a major hassle especially given that the problem with the keyboard and mouse is their fault.
