    The laptop is as expected in condition and function. The price was a excellent and I will definitely return to look for a phone. The delivery was quite the drama. I tracked on the Fed-ex app and waited and waited, kept getting a delay notice and then on the 5th day a hold notice. I never received a delivery attempt notice, as I work from home with a view of the street, I’m certain there wasn’t one. I called Fed Ex to confirm the hold and picked it up, where there were notices of several attempts. Several hours after I picked it up they sent me a delivery photo notice of 2 large boxes at a front door very much not mine. First time that’s happened. Tena Ross
