    The laptop is in decent condition. There is just one obvious piece of damage where it clearly had been dropped. I have a couple of complaints--the keyboard and trackpad feel very worn and are not as sensitive as they should be. Also, one month after receiving the product, I have received an alert that the battery needs to be serviced. So, I am already needing to spend money on repairs for my device. The laptop was described as being in "very good" condition--I feel it would have been more accurate to describe it as "fair". As such, it was likely overpriced.

    I bought the Mac Air for my mother for a Christmas present. She desperately needed an upgrade, so my parents and my brother and sister all came together to pay for it. My first choice was Back Market. Cost, ease of shopping, choices, we did not want to spend a lot of money, did not need new, just upgraded!!
