Wowowow. This is my second purchase from Back Market and based on both experiences so far- they will continue to have my business. Ordered this MacBook Pro in “fair” condition and the laptop is in pristine condition. There isn’t a single scratch or imperfection.

I absolutely love Back Market. All of my devices… my previous MacBook Air, MacBook Pro I recently purchased, my kids iPhones. I’ve purchased from Back Market. Being a single mother with no outside support, I do a lot of research before making expensive purchases… always look for the best deal, best product coverage exe.

Great Buy and Great Deal! Very happy with my purchase. I had originally purchased a 2020 MacBook Air off of Facebook Marketplace, before realizing it couldn’t handle the amount of work I was using my computer for. So I decided to trade it in for an older workhorse in the 2018 MacBook Pro. Boy am I happy with the power output by this one! It’s almost 3x as powerful as the MBA, despite it being 2 years older. The condition was Good - as described - with only one minor blemish on the case. Has no impact on the performance of the machine. With the trade in and upgrade I only ended up paying about $150 out of pocket. Very Happy with Back Market. This is my second purchase and trade in through them and I will continue to be a customer in the future.

So far so good! I’ve got not had it a couple weeks but I love it. I’m trying to strictly use it for video editing and I have seen it’s one of the MacBooks apart of “dust gate” so trying to make sure I keep it clean so it doesn’t cause issues. The touchbar is a very cool feature and the sound is way louder than my old MacBook.

I was very hesitant on buying from here but the reviews did help. I’m a 24 year old thinking about going back to college and needed a laptop. I got the macbook in a discreet box and it was wrapped really well. I believe I picked good condition and it actually looks brand new, no scratches or dents whatsoever. The battery lasts forever, nothing wrong with the touchpad or keys. All around 10/10 experience and it was delivered fast. I ordered on a Friday and received it on that following Tuesday. Will definitely be ordering from Back Market again
