    I ordered Macbook Pro 2019 16-inch, 64 GB RAM, 1 TB SDD, excellent condition version. It does not start up and generates the Apple booting sound again and again, suggesting it is in an infinite restart loop for some reason. I tried a recovery through the internet, RAM resets explained on Apple's website, but nothing works. If the device does not operate at all like this, the rating should be simply zero. But it seems Back Market increases the rating when the shipment is fast. My experience is simple and clear, the laptop never starts up.

    IMac was as described shipping was fine, but the computer have aftermarket cheap Chinese keyboard and mouse .In description was not mention about that .That is a bait and switch tactic which is against the law and unfair for the competitors.

    It came in near-perfect condition. No complaints so far from me! For being in just "good" condition I was actually really surprised; I'm really glad that I didn't pay full price.
