    super disappointing after getting excited to get a new phone after using a very old one only to find out its not unlocked. it was locked t-mobile exclusively. it also didn't work for any of my carriers be it digital esim or regular sim card. so disappointing.

    Just slightly disappointing We went with a "Good" quality 2017 MacBookpro. We received one one that is cosmeticly ( sound minus a few screen scratches) and the battery came with over 510 cycles on it that only holds 82% of the orginal 4780 maH and it gets a little on the hot side when charging. So The only reason we didn't send back bc we needed a reliable one to use it for school and with school started and we now have a MacBook pro that wont last the school day with out being plugged in. We had to have a Mac but being Retired Veterans we couldn't by new. So I say just disappointed.

    I never got the device, made a purchase, the sender cancelled it 2 minutes later and then started a new shipment and I didn’t got a notification for any of that, the delivery date was changed (I didn’t know that either) until I reached out to you guys, then my package was magically “delivered” that same day to the WRONG address… so it took w weeks for bm to figure this out and give me a refund, and the only think you offered me was a 5% discount after all the distress that this cause me.. a freaking joke.
