The phone is in excellent shape. My only complaint is that it is MISLABELED. I ordered the Motorola RAZR 40 Ultra. That was what the label said on every webpage I visited. I received a Motorola RAZR 2023. That was sometimes pictured but not correctly identified. I feel that companies should know the actual name of the product they sell. Still it's a good phone. Haven't used the phone other than turned it on and inspected it because it's a Christmas gift for my wife. However I can speak to the fast delivery and the phone is in what I would've expected to be better condition than the (Good) rating it was.
