    I paid for excellent conditions and it arrived with serious cosmetic damage. I don't have time for this lengthy return/refund/repair process. The seller was not honest about the products condition, battery life, etc. Either that or what I define as excellent is different from what backmarket defines as excellent. This is the second time I've bought a product on backmarket and it had serious problems with misrepresentation. Either carrier locked phone, cosmetic damage, or something else. They are charging a premium plus a service fee but still they fail. I don't get how.

    The phone you sent to me had not been properly reset by the company you apparently got the phone from: Nike Inc. According to Apple this phone cannot be used until Nike unlocks it from its management system. It is absolutely ridiculous that you guys did not ensure this prior to selling. Now I have to go through the cumbersome process of returning it and be without a phone for a while longer. This is extremely disappointing.

    The phone has issues loading things and freezes often. Didn't ever have that issue with the last one, but unfortunately we lost it in the ocean and replaced it with this one. Since we had the exact same phone, we know it is the refurbisher.

    This is my sixth phone from BM and have been super happy to this point. This phone shipped late so received it 4 days after initial estimate. Refurbisher did not use an Apple battery, which my phone won't stop complaining about. Had it for a week now and twice it didn't respond to a wakeup press for about 10 seconds. And they sent me a Lightening to USB-C cable, which is near useless to me.
