    it's a nice phone but did not receive the phone that I bought I bought a Motorola Moto razor 40 ultra but I received a Motorola Moto razor plus don't know what the difference is between the phones they offered for me to return phone and would not receive credit back I paid for phone at least 10 or more days so I had no choice but to keep the phone I received it's a nice phone but just not what I thought I was getting and they got there money before I received my phone y can't they give me my money back soon as they get the phone back worse case instead of roughly 10 days after receive phone I'm disabled and on fixed income and can't afford to go with out a phone note afford to get another phone till credited for this one so beings it's a decent phone and close to what I wanted I opted to keep this one that they sell for less then for the one I bought I feel I should have at least got credited the difference in the prices of the two but I'm happy with the phone I got it's a good phone just feel like could have been handled different

    This phone unlike any others we got from you seems to be heating up too much. the appearance wasn't what I expected since it had more wear marks than other phones I bought from you. I bought plenty of them in the past but this was the worst. All in all it works and I'm giving it some time to see if the heating gets better.

    The item itself seemed in fine condition. However, it was supposed to be unlocked but would only work with a Verizon sim card which was not my network. Furthermore, waiting for a refund in order to have the money to get another phone will take some time. It would have been helpful had I been able to simply talk to someone directly and possibly sort things out more quickly. I have purchased numerous phones with BM before but are now rethinking if I want to continue doing that.

    The physical appearance of the phone is excellent. The transfer process went well. There does , however appear to be an issue with the screen flickering into a pink/blue pattern every few minutes. If this continues, I will reluctantly have to return the phone. Other than that issue, I am extremely pleased with the look and condition of the unit. The battery came in at 86% at which is certainly satisfactory, but the flickering screen has me concerned.

    The “good” category says “light micro scratches” but the phone has a deep gash across the metal on the top that is longer than an inch in length. And multiple other nicks in the metal, including around the lens. It also was not reset to manufacture settings when it arrived. I had to go into the settings and erase the phone myself. I haven’t set it up yet and feel nervous that I will discover more issues.

    I paid for a phone in “excellent” condition and it didn’t work. I requested a refund, but instead they sent a replacement. I returned that phone as well—still within the 30-day window—because I wanted my money back, not another device. They responded saying they would try to replace it again. The customer service experience has been terrible. It feels like they are avoiding issuing a refund. I will never use Back Market again.
