OnePlus 9 Pro 256GB - Green - Unlocked

The shopping experience was made easy thanks to their large selection of quality phones. Upon booting up the device everything worked perfectly and still does. I'm am very happy with my purchase and I WILL be shopping here again for future phones.

I bought the OnePlus 9 pro and excellent condition and the phone looked brand new. The battery charges up to 100% and lasts as long as my old phone.

I paid extra money for the "Excellent" condition, but upon receiving and turning on the phone, there was severe, visible pixel burn. I asked to initiate a replacement phone and sent it back. I was informed they could neither repair it nor replace it, so I was refunded. I'm not sure if I'll order from Back Market again, but I will certainly be more cautious.

the device has a bad battery. it would be at 100% and I would restart it, then it's at 30%. so I decided to return it. I never used it because of this it stayed at home the 4 days I had it. I put about 2 or 3 inches of bubble wrap on it then taped it and put it in a box. TODAY I AM TOLD IT IS BROKEN AND I WONT GET A REFUND!! SCAMMER SELLER. EVERYONE STAY AWAY!!! AND backmarket customer service SUCKS REALLY BAD!! It takes days for someone to reply back to EVERY message you send. It takes weeks to get anything done!

Me and My husband both Ordered this phone from the same seller Santa Monica Wireless. When we got the phones both phones was completely dead so we charged them as soon as mine came on the battery glitched and showed 0% restarted it and then it came on correctly but the battery dies extremely fast but I googled stuff and just decided I'd use it and see how it does but my husband had to send his back because it just wouldn't hold a charge I mean I understand people get duds. Last night back market sent a message claiming the seller said the screen was busted and he couldn't get a refund and when we sent it back we put the box they sent it and wrapped it in 3 inches of bubble wrap and they are claiming the phone is broken that phone only had a battery issue when we sent it back THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS I am glad I didn't send mine back cause I guess they would have done the same to me also both our phones was not fully unlocked they are full of T.MOBILE BLOATWARE and BACKMARKET HAS BEEN 0 HELP THEY DO NOT REPLY TO HELP MESSAGES UNTIL DAYS LATER! I don't understand how they can do this to people it seems if it really is broken y'all need to file a claim with the shipping company but I believe these people are just lying so they don't have to refund for their crappy devices. This is the first and last time I buy from BACKMARKET OUR EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN AWFUL SO if they won't help us we are contacting our card company this isn't right that's a lot of money to people like me we can't just throw 300 plus dollars down the drain!!! BEWARE OF SELLER AND COMPANY GO TO AMAZON GO TO EBAY THIS SELLER IS ALSO ON OTHER PLATFORMS SO SANTA MONICA WIRELESS WATCH FOR THAT NAME DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SHADY!!!!! IT MAKES ME SICK TO KNOW THEY ARE DOING THIS TO PEOPLE AND BACKMARKET SO FAR HAS BEEN NO HELP!

The phone itself is working as is. No issues so far. It's too mint for me.
