Overall clean phone with the only scratch/wear I saw was around the plug in for the charger. Not an issue as phone is in an otter box anyway! Coming from an s9+, nice upgrade. Battery life very good.     The device looked great but the battery was not good. I tried talking to customer service to get get a refund and got nowhere. I kept getting the same email from different people wasting my time. After a few days of this I decided to have the battery replaced myself because I couldn't keep waiting for someone to fix it so I paid 120.00 to have it fixed myself so the phone was 500 and the repair 120 so 620.00 was my total. I could have gotten the same phone for much less somewhere else. Not a good first purchase experience.

    The back and front glass were perfect and there was tiniest ding in the bump out of the camera which is to be expected since I chose the good condition option. I also chose a T-Mobile locked phone and I used a T-Mobile physical sim and it worked seamlessly after activating it with one call to them. So far so good on battery but it's only been a day and a half with one charge. Can't ask for much more with this price point.
