    The order was disappointing as I had ordered a Verizon locked phone yet received an AT&T locked phone. After sending it back I had to wait 2 more days for a verdict which I got a refund. Now I have ordered another unlocked phone. We will see. Customer service however is amazing and they responded to my inquiries with patience and understanding. So, 1 star is for the seller and 2 are for the customer service. Also note to sellers double check the stuff you are getting turn it on ID and check the system to see who owns it there should be an imeid checker online.

    Saved a ton of money by getting a refurbished iPad.     Only downfall with the 3rd gen is no App Store, but you can mirror or airplay with ease and for the price of a case of beer you can have Apple TV also, wireless connection with my MacBook is flawless and definitely the best streaming player never freezes lags even with a weak signal, backmarket is definitely in my future ;)

    The MacBook was not completely erased and had the previous owner name and password request still on. I couldn’t do anything with it and had to call Apple for help. I had to go in and completely erase and reinstall the software. A big headache for me. Also, the wrong color was sent.
