    I was pretty stunned to have gotten something in such great condition at this price. I plan to use my iPad for digital art, so after charging it up for the first time and downloading my painting app of choice, I got to work and it has been smooth sailing for the past two weeks. No glitches, connects and charges Apple Pencil just fine. Other connections like Wi-Fi and bluetooth headset worked great. Finally found the signs of wear and tear several uses in which are the smallest of scratches and dents on the back and sides - totally cosmetic, I was so much more focused on the flawless screen. Wholly satisfied with this purchase. Fair shipping warning - the box came broken from FedEx, like broken enough that you could stick your hand in and grab the charger, but miracle of miracles - no product damage. Also mine came with Amazon Renewed paperwork so another heads up for knowing where it may come from. That's all, thanks BackMarket!

    Bought this as a birthday present for my mother. Tiny dent at the end but I expected that. If you don’t mind small cosmetic damage or barely anything, this site is your stop!!! I am impressed at how well her MacBook works! I bought the same MacBook a year before I bought here’s from here and it still works beautifully. Honestly, don’t even waste your money buying new electronics. You will save so much money buying from here. Lots of these electronics are in great/new condition.

    This has been the single worst experience purchasing electronics. Do not buy from this company. Your warranty and protection plan mean absolutely nothing. I had my computer for two days, and it would only work when plugged in. Well that’s OK I thought, I bought a protection plan and I have a warranty! Their response? They will NEITHER replace nor repair my MacBook. IT’S $300 TO REPLACE THE BATTERY FROM APPLE. I’m sure as hell not putting that kind of money into something that showed up defective. The battery health is extremely poor despite only having about 100 cycles so far. So yeah, I guess I can get my money back, but then I don’t have a computer for school, and I have to just hope I can find another one that cost about the same. I bought a case, keyboard cover, signed up for a transcription course to make some extra money.. I bought a lot of expensive items in my day, not that this was especially pricey, but out of principle, I will never purchase from here again. They take no responsibility or accountability for anything, they blame it on the seller and they are very difficult to get in touch with. Apparently things are “out of their control” which, as a company that makes billions of dollars, I’m unsure as to why they can’t replace a $200 MacBook that they insured?!? Save yourself time and money, go elsewhere. The prices are great, but they’re great for a reason, because their products are not functional.
