    Product not received as expected. Overall not in bad condition, but expected much better for a laptop that was listed to be in “excellent condition” Upon arrival I noticed a few surface scratches along the top and sides. Once opened up and powered on I noticed what looked to be finger prints or some kind of smudge that I was unable to remove by wiping it off with a napkin. I also noticed that the light display underneath the keyboard looked to be damaged as some parts of the keyboard were lit up, while other parts weren’t. Not too big of a deal just something I noticed. The main problem that I experienced was the MacBook overheating. Within 45 minutes to 1 hour of watching a movie the entire underneath of the laptop became very hot and the laptop starting moving slowly. Also the MacBook has 4 USBc ports and only 2 of them have worked for me. The MacBook also takes a while to fully charge even on a lightning cable/adapter. Overall not a bad laptop just not what was expected from a laptop that’s listed to be in excellent condition.
