    Second laptop from another seller as the first seller didn’t meet the 85% battery despite sending another one. This one was a joke, not only they sent the wrong model but the battery was BYD aftermarket battery that won’t charge past 75% and seller refused to offer a replacement new battery and I had to return it. I ended up buying a better laptop from Dell Refurbished and from day 1 the price is even a bit cheaper and quality is Dell guaranteed. Not buying laptops from here again at least

    This was rated as "good", but it is excellent. I am pretty sure I ordered black, but I got silver and that is COMPLETELY FINE. The original cost is around $1500, and I got it for less than $300, the color is the least of my worries. It works great, the battery life is amazing, there is only one small spot of discoloration but that doesn't bother me at all. I am immensely satisfied with this purchase and love the fact that I haven't regretted a purchase from Back Market.
