    I purchased an iPad Mini 4 and it was in excellent condition (even though I bought in in 'good' condition). I am very pleased with the hardware portion. However, I have been using the iPad for less than 5 minutes and the battery percentage has already dropped by at least 15%. I guess I can have it replaced in the future but for now I am pleased with it so far :)

    I'm thrilled with my "new" 2017 MacBook Air! It arrived quickly, is in excellent condition, and looks brand new! Not a scratch or mark on it anywhere. I'm also very happy with this company's customer service. Unfortunately, my charger stopped working about 3 weeks after I received the MacBook.     I didn't need much in the way of customer service, though I have purchased from Back Market for years and give it a thumbs up. It's been a week or two with the new Macbook Air and I love it! It's incredible to be able to get the ease of use in a computer that I have grown accustomed to without having that extreme buyers remorse that seems inevitable with iProducts. This truly is a new computer. Maybe a scratch or two on the case but cosmetics don't bother me as much as disfunction. We shall see how it goes, so far, so good!
