    I chose fair condition. Very disappointed that the corners are damaged and wore down. I should’ve order “good” condition. Felt horrible on Christmas morning when my daughter opened the package and the corners of the screen are damaged/wore down. Very noticeable. Never order “fair” condition again!!

    The HP Chromebook 14A I bought is a disappointment. Well it was rated good and one expect some flaws here and there. But with this purchase, its like I received an entirely different product. What I ordered was grey in color but what i received was black. Battery drains very fast and the cosmetic neatness does not meet the rating. To stay in business, I implore you to always supply and deliver what you advertised and as advertised. To improve customer experience, I urge backmarket to come up with a policy which will force sellers to display actual pictures of what is being sold unlike the way it is where sellers only post provisional pictures. Doing so will make it easier for us buyers to make choices we will not regret in the future.

    This was our first purchase from Back Market. We were very pleased. We purchased an IPad in good condition and expected it to have multiple scratches. But to our surprise it had only a small scratch on the bottom side of the case. It works as good as a new one. This is so much more cost effective than paying the deductible to have our other one replaced. We definitely will continue to purchse from Back Market.
