    Back Market is great, but this seller “Device Refresh” messed up. I bought an iPhone 13 locked to Verizon, but it won’t work on Verizon. I spent many hours transferring all my data, trying to activate the new phone with my SIM card & my Verizon app, waiting on hold for Verizon, finally took it into a Verizon store. Apparently it’s locked to another company. So now I’m waiting on my return label, still using my old broken phone, and have to buy another phone. Back Market’s 30 day exchange is great, but this has been a huge waste of time. Wish I knew how to give the seeker “Device Refurbish” ONE star

    LUV IT. The 13" screen is just right - not too big or small. More importantly, the 32gb RAM makes all the difference. I only do cloud computing and it's a workhorse. There are only minor blemishes on the cover, so it doesn't interfere with computing in any way. Can't beat the quality for the price point. Will definitely order again from BackMarket.

    Lowkey I was expecting less but this is awesome I’m gonna buy another Mac by next week only issue is after I charged it when I removed the box charger the connector fell apart other than that I’m amazed EDIT i have found that the computer last about 20-30 minutes on battery power alone the battery is a replacement from i fix it and im guessing test weren’t properly done Load cycles 178 Battery Health 91% Serial of battery C01514309YEF90MA4 Battery % goes from 100% to 90 to 32 in minutes then dies at 30 but when i plug it up and turn it on again it says 100 then says 90 and says not charging but will technically charge once it passes 91 other than that im happy with it no issues would like for yall to contact me and help me with it
